North Battleford approves new contract with firefighters

Nov. 30, 2020, North Battleford, Sask. – The City of North Battleford, Sask., has approved a new collective agreement with the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 1756. The four-year contract, from Jan., 2019 to Dec., 2022, includes a two per cent wage increase for each of the first three years, and a 1.8 per cent increase for the fourth year for a first-class firefighter.
